RETURN POLICY

 All returns must have an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). These can be obtained through customer services at  sales@cravitysci.com or (+1) 302-319-8696.

• Item must be shipped with all original packaging included are are subject to a restocking fee.
• Pristine, re-sellable items returned between 30 days and 90 days with original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Items without original packaging cannot be returned after 30 days.
• No returns can be accepted after 90 days.
• cravity sci cannot accept the return of any item that has been marked or damaged.

Please Note: Return shipping costs to send product back to cravity sci is the responsibility of the customer unless an error was made by cravity sci. Additionally, if items are damaged in transit, no refund will be issued, and all damage claims must be taken up with the freight carrier.
